An Oyster Party can have many designs and take different shapes. Whether you're having a private party, office happy hour celebration, a wedding or a backyard BBQ, Brooklyn Oyster Party can serve fresh oysters anywhere at anytime. The basics are a raw bar, oysters and all the classical accoutrements. We will show up at your event before guests arrive and complete our full setup. While the party gets underway we will shuck to the speed of even the most ravenous mollusk lover. Once the party winds down we take care of complete breakdown and cleanup, leaving no trace. Beyond the basics is for you to curate. Choose your oyster preference or any other add-ons we provide. We also offer fresh Maine style lobster rolls and littleneck clams to round out your raw bar.
Rates: 300 oysters for $1200. (Includes everything except tax)
